The project faced significant site constraints, including a partial floodplain, brownfield remediation requirements, and a steeply sloped terrain. Despite these challenges, the design successfully integrates the building into its complex environment.

This comprehensive facility consolidates the church's operations, which were previously spread across multiple locations. It includes a main sanctuary seating for over 1,000 attendees, church offices, and classrooms for children and students.

The design prioritizes functionality and comfort, balancing the need for a spacious, multi-use environment with budget constraints. Natural light is maximized throughout the building, creating welcoming spaces that serve the diverse needs of the congregation.

This project demonstrates how thoughtful architectural design can overcome site challenges while creating a versatile community space that meets a wide range of functional requirements.
